I visited Dr. Hijab for my suicidal behavior and she's been a life saver for me, she helped me alot with my problems, it has been a great experience with Dr. Hijab. I highly recommend Dr. Hijab for people out there dealing with alot of mental health issues and in search of a good listener and a guide in their life.

Doctor Meena was extremely to the point and gave me a diagnosis of my ADHD almost instantly. She also made my parents understand what it entailed and thus made them more aware of what I was going through in a way I couldn't. She had me undergo a test that diagnosed all my issues and accordingly was given a treatment plan for the same which is going great.

I'm a twelve year old girl typing this from my mum's phone. I visited REACH because I had frequent anxiety and depression. And it definitely helped a lot. My therapist Ananya was extremely understanding and she helped me tackle all my problems. She was also an amazing friends. I also did a mindfulness course with Hijab and that was great too. It helped me understand a lot about myself. I feel like I became a lot more self aware. I would recommend REACH to everybody going through a tough time.

I consulted Dr.Meena in August as I needed help to cope with the grief that I was going through. Due to this I was also severely suffering from anxiety and depression. Dr Meena analysed me and right away put me on rTMS and regular therapy with the Psychologist Smita mam. These two turned out to be the greatest help to me. Smita mam is very supportive, friendly and caring. She helped a lot in the process of my recovery. I can’t be more thankful for her.

I was suffering from undiagnosed ADHD, and it was affecting my performance in college. Dr Meena diagnosed me after thorough testing, and she has been helpful every step of the way. I was prescribed medication that very much helps with the attention issues I had. Hijab identified problem areas and outlined the plan to work on them. Each session, I talked about specific issues, and we figured out what the best way to remedy it was, along with other general issues I might have then.

I consulted with Dr.Meena, for my anxiety. When I went to her, she was extremely patient with what I had to say, and at that point, when you are filled with anxiety, that just one gesture means a lot! In our first session she asked me to give some tests to gauge where I am mentally. Post those tests, she recommended my CBT and medication for my anxiety. Happened to be introduced about Reach Psychiatry by my sister. They have a very organized system of looking after the visitors. Dr Meena and Rachna (my therapist) listened to me keenly and made express myself without any hesitation. Medication prescribed helped me a lot to change myself with ease. The therapist here are very emphatic and knowledgeable. One good thing to mention is that there is a different therapist for different age group which makes the experience comfortable.

I consulted Dr Meena along with my mom because I was inattentive in class. She suggested me to see Ananya Kulkarni, who is a psychologist, and it's been 3 years since I started therapy and I loved every single session. I was diagnosed with ADHD, moderate depression and severe anxiety and Ananya helped me through it all.
